I wonder why Crash Davis is credited for one line from Bull Durham and Ron Shelton is credited for Annie's monologue at the beginning. Weird.

There comes a time in every man's life when he has to stop trying to be Nuke and merely aspire to be Crash. As far as I can tell, I passed it around two years ago ;]

I saw the end of that movie on TBS yesterday (isn't it always on TBS? I think it's the same as color bars for them) and it got to the end where Crash comes back to Annie and says "I want to hear all of your insane theories, but right now I just want to be."

And that's about right where I'm at.
