When I watch collegiate sports, I know a very small percentage of the athletes will turn pro in their given sport. It's the ones that play for the love of the game - those are the reasons I love college sports.
Pro sports - most are a bunch of whiny kids ("I'm only making $2.6 million a year - I can't live on that!") who expect to be catered to by minions. I lost my enjoyment for professional athletes a long time ago (primarily due to the baseball brats.) Yes, there are exceptions, but the ones who make the news for ill behavior, for wanting more money to play a child's game - it just irks me. :)
