augh this was great. I loved the buildup throughout.

Gerard using questionable tactics to convince Mikey to trust them was awesome; that touch of "grey zone" morality made it all the more believable.

Thanks so much! I really wanted to play with the ambiguity of this universe ever since they made that whole statement about how the Killjoys aren't necessarily the good guys and BLI aren't necessarily the bad guys, and I think I had a bit too much fun with it. Glad you liked it!

DON'T HATE GERARD HE IS A WONDERFUL HUMAN BEING I JUST WROTE HIM DOING BAD THINGS BECAUSE HE'S IN A BAD PLACE SURROUNDED BY BAD PEOPLE. ME BEING ONE OF THEM.

Man now I really want to just write the time Gerard was taken so you can FEEL HIS PAIN AS WELL. He's just misunderstood, okay. :( TOO MUCH POSSIBILITY FOR EXPANSION ON THIS UNIVERSE UGH UGH UGH.
