I'M GLAD EVERYTHING MADE SENSE, I had a lot of trouble working out the pacing and making sure everything wasn't too fast or too slow, so I'm really really happy it worked for you. I PUT A LOT OF THOUGHT INTO THE MECHANICS OF DESTROYING MIKEYWAY OKAY.
Korse is kind of the best thing to happen to this universe. He only has one line of dialogue in all the canon we have, but we can sort of pick up on bits of his character from the way he dresses, the way he moves, the way he PINS PARTY POISON TO THE WALL AND SMIRKS AT HIM IN THE SING VIDEO. Basically it means there are so many directions you can take when writing him--slimy manipulative bastard, temperamental tyrant, pissy jilted lover who writes sad poetry about Party Poison in his diary. I like that last one a lot.

YEAH I WORRIED ABOUT TOTALLY BREAKING HIM LIKE THAT, because this is actually a really common type of Killjoys fic and I've seen it done before where it was definitely jarring. It's really easy to mess up Stockholm syndrome, even with the canon we're given of PILLS THAT MAKE BATTERY CITY SUBSERVIENT. God I love everything about Killjoys canon.

I found this fic looking for pics of Korse and Gee from the vids and I was like WHOA! I only read one other Killjoy story and that was good, so far this one is fantastic! I don't really know the canon but in an interview Gee said that the album and the vids and if there's a movie (hell yeah please!)that the stories might not all add up with one another! Which is great because this universe that Gee created with his friend has been something new and different that we really have'nt seen before! I've heard a lot of people talking about this story and because we don't know the whole story, you can make the story what you like and that's refreshing! I believe that this story has done for fanfic, what Harry Potter did for reading! I just love Korse, especially his style of clothing! He's a sexy beast! Human or android!

Hey! Glad you like what you found :D I really love open universes like this where we get just enough to play with but there are enough gaps that we can fill them with our own ideas, so the worldbuilding for this was really fun, and I love seeing other people's theories.
And I agree, Korse is such a fantastic character and I hope we get to see more of him someday.
