The word produced by the initials is the acronym, although friend is not an acronym in this case so that is irrelevant. The unofficial term for what you have created would be a bacronym (a portmanteau of back and acronym).

I should have put a snazzy catch phrase like "Did you know" at the start of this so it looked like I was inserting a piece of interesting trivia for the benefit of us all rather than just being an annoying pedant. If everybody just pretends I am sure it will be okay.
