the crust isn't pressed hard enough/ Plus, if you bake it at 350 for ten-fifteen minutes and let it cool completely before adding the filling it will hold together a bit better.
Add to that, refrigerating the pie for a full hour after adding the topping will help.
dammit, now I have to go make cheesecake
