Announcement
There comes a time for change and that time for us is now. Prime and I have discussed several options between ourselves and amongst our seconds and have come to a decision. We believe this maneuver is in the best interest of everyone, as it will free up much of our time to focus on more important matters and clear up any confusion as to who gives orders on base. I expect all Decepticons to respect Prime's authority and know that his words are my words. Together we will be working to make a new home for all of us and will require cooperation from everyone. Questions and input are welcome and encouraged. We understand that change is difficult and frightening. We also understand that it will take time. But know this, change is necessary for our survival as a race and both Prime and myself are dedicated to assuring that happens.
