On Chapter 37...

Scans have gone up, and I'm already bursting to see the next chapter. I get the feeling this one will please a lot of fans... =P

Anyway, theories! There were some interesting things brought up in this chapter, and I'm curious to see what you all think!

Tegami Bachi is just fuel for my brain. I seriously love just thinking up random crap that could possibly be going on XD; *loser*

Also, it's a perfectly legitimate reason to keep things all hush-hush. After all, I'm pretty sure that everyone would be more than a little angry to find out that the government's siphoning off their Hearts as a power-source.

What's really funny is I don't even do this with other series. For some odd reason, it's only Tegami Bachi that gets me thinking >_>;

Gotta wonder what's gonna happen if it turns out that the sun really IS bad, though. I mean, living completely in the dark isn't really much of an option, so they'll have to find a way around that... And I highly doubt Reverse has a solution to that, since they're so dead-set on "returning the world to darkness".

Also, to kind of connect your theories, perhaps it would be significant that Lag was born the day the day of the blackout. Say that the man-made sun actually does take peoples heart, perhaps the blackout occured because Lag had taken those memories the sun had acquired or something similar. Which explains why he has been spilling out so much heart, a lot of which was mentioned not to be of his own. And it also kind of explains why he could extract the heart from people or objects. Or maybe I'm just totally BSing here XD

Ahahaha... It's only really for Tegami Bachi, though. All the other series I read, I usually get caught by surprise whenever there's a new development XD;

Yeah, the blackout's definitely related somehow to Lag, although I wouldn't be surprised if Sylvette were dragged into it as well. How exactly, I still haven't really figured out...

I'd suspected for a while that Lag was connected to the man-made sun before (Niche's sister also wonders if he's truly human) but the part about the sun eating heart completely threw me. And good catch on the 4th page, man, how did EVERYONE miss that? XD

The funny thing is, I caught it the second or third time I read the chapter, and only when I was oggling the art because it's so pretty... and when I realized the implications, I suddenly felt embarrassed for not noticing something that surely everyone else would have seen.

And theeeen I mentioned it to some other people and found out that apparently I was the only one who noticed so derp.

But yes! Lag is definitely not all human, so it'd make sense that he'd be connected to the man-made sun/the Empress. When he was getting Noir Gauche back, he even lit up for a while, just like a living mini-sun-person =X
