Can it stand its ground against a 70 pound dog with herding traits?
I see it as a pleasant diversion for said beast. We'll have a ceiling cat in no time.

Given the sounds it made when presented with other cats (and the resulting nervous tics/behavior) I'd say probably not. Might be stuck with a cat.
