Movie: "The Werewolf Vs. the Vampire Woman"

So there are monster movies in other languages than English, who knew?  I've yet to find the perfect French schlock monster film so I can use my hard-won language skills, but subtitles are just fine too.

I love this post so much, I want to have its babies. Thanks Teeny for such a great piece, and a wonderful addition to the blogathon! Your comments on Naschy's height, his penchant for drool, and his homages to his inspiration Lon Chaney had me cheering, I couldn't agree more. Definitely seek out more of Naschy's stuff. Incidentally, he basically remade this movie about a decade later, directing himself, in NIGHT OF THE WEREWOLF (aka THE CRAVING, aka EL RETORNO DEL HOMBRE-LOBO). There's a great DVD of it out there, surely available on rental sites. Check it out!

What can I say? Short, manly guys are great, the world needs more of 'em. I'll definitely have to watch Night of the Werewolf, for starters.
