1.) Where Derek is hiding the fact he's a werewolf, and Stiles is hiding that he's something (magic, were-creature, etc), and neither of them realizes the other already knows about the supernatural.

2.) Where Stiles already knows about the supernatural when he meets Derek, but Derek doesn't
