So, as above, google is not being nice to me. I'm searching and searching and nothing. Well, something, but not exactly what I want. Bad Blood by DiscontentedWinter is pretty much exactly what you described. Stiles was kidnapped by Gerard and Kate, abused, and trained to be a hunter. There's also Sterek.
