Tsk. I'm supposed to be doing a quick check of my emails and what do I do? Get sucked into spoiler-land. Typical.

+House's pain issues are going to be a stronger plot point, he will have a real nemesis beginning around the fifth episode and his Vicodin use is going to be an issue.

?? A nemesis? Really? Funny, I remember David Shore saying he didn' ( Read more... )

You and your spoilers! See why I love you? Hee.

Yeah, I remember DS mentioning that too! That Vogler as an 'enemy' was too obvious and upfront and not what he wanted. So, the idea of a 'nemesis' is indeed interesting. I wonder where they'll go with that!

Hee. My name is Emily, and I am addicted to spoilers...

Yeah, I know! I wonder what kind of person they'll have this time. Hmmmm...

Maybe it won't be a person. Just an abstract concept... or himself.

True. I mean you'd think they'd learnt their lesson introducing unpopular recurring characters.

Where did you get this pic of Jen and Jess that you're using as your icon?

Are they still dating? Everywhere I've read, it says that she formerly dated him....hmmmm, I'm confused.

There's this gorgeous batch of icons here: http://community.livejournal.com/some_small_way/4394.html
but the pic was posted on house_daily at some point.

Lol, no clue. I reckon they're probably just keeping it on the down low. I mean, they go everywhere together.

Hee! Email catch ups are never quick! I should know.

I like the idea of House's pain becoming significant again - but yes, nemesis. Hmm, just by using that word makes it seem rather overdramatic. We'll see.

Hope there was no real fire!

*grins* I know, nemesis makes it sound like he's a superhero or something *laughs*

Hey, maybe he is.

Lol! No, they were just testing it. All morning. Which made attempting to read things extremely difficult.

Dude, do you know what Jim and Pam are doing in our icons?? jklasjdklasjd

HEE! Maybe his is! Because, he is running and everything. Superhealing powers.

Damn fire drills. Why can't they happen when you need them - like getting out of class. Heh, that is possibly not the right attitude to have.

HAHAHA THEY MOVE!

*snickers*

Hee, exactly. That would be an ideal time for them.

I like the directed by Laura Innes bit. I'm not coherent enough to voice my thoughts on House having a nemesis (headache) so I'm just gonna say this: BOO!

I don't know who Laura Innes is, so I'll trust you that that's a cool thing, lol. Nemesis thing might be cool. Maybe. As long as it doesn't become too much like the Vogler thing (although some of those were my favourite episodes). Hope your headache goes away!

If you ever watched ER she was the chick with who walked with a cane and had red hair. She was kinda mean but cool. Hey! She sounds like a female House lol!

It could be good if done well or it could not. I half liked some of the Vogler eps but I also kinda didn't. It threw out the balance I thought. And sicne most of S2 was out of balance I don't want to see it happen again lol. But I'll reserve judgement.

Ha! Fitting!

That's so true. This show doesn't have the greatest history with outsider characters. I wish they would realise they have a world of potential with the characters they've got. They just need to explore their relationships with each other a bit beyond just their relationships with House. But yes, I will reserve judgement. Hey as long as it's not another love interest (omg what if it's a guy...?) Happy thoughts, happy thoughts.

Yeah, I'd like to think it. I still bet they interfere a bit. And ahh, good point! I'm starting to turn against the idea of a nemesis now. Other characters tend to screw things up too much.
