Eeeeee! Okay, how is something so short so good? I shall choose to believe that this (or something like this) happened to help create all the tension that intensified the second half. And the repeatables! I like this one--

Very short but very good! Love the comparisons between Robin and Guy and the way you describe Marian's feelings.

Oh wonderful. This is just what I needed. I must admit my love for Guy diminished after the finale but this piece just reminded me of what could be.

Oh, oh. Yes. This is so very IT. I never even realized just how much Marian trusted in Guy's if not goodness then at least malleability until the scene when she realizes he did already try to kill the king. Aside from everything else, she just has to feel so angry at herself after that point. Gah.
