Beautifully written and wonderfully in character, the last paragraph is particularly telling with the exchange of looks. And once again, your Chase is pitch-perfect (I always love when you write Chase).

I have to say, I really like what the first two episodes of season 4 hinted at, House/Cameron/Chase wise. Just an implied tension that may or may not actually be there. And I remembered that picture of the third/fourth episode, with House coming face to face with the pair of them. It made me excited.
But anyway, thank you for reading ;) I love writing Chase (I'm supposed to have written him for the ficathon, crap)

Really, it completely fits with where the characters are at at the moment, and Cameron being the mediator is wonderful. I think you absolutely capture the tension and awkwardness that this situation would warrant.
Wonderful!

Oh, yes. Em, this is brilliant. The car ride from hell! *grins* Oh, man. You've laced so much in here; the tension, the directions that both Chase and Cameron are going, but really don't acknowledge. House trying to pick them apart. The H/C.
I'm really not that eloquent this early in the morning, but, bb, fantastic, fantastic job.

I'm so glad you enjoyed it. I really liked the Right Stuff for that reason, the implied tension bubbling under the surface with everyone.

Even as she did so her gaze slid away, over House, connecting directly with his through the windshield. There was an intensity and subtle, reluctant unhappiness in her expression that made him stare right back.
This made me think of prison, not that I've ever been there (lol), but Cameron's cellmate is Chase and not by choice.
