I love you.

I love this.

I love the plausibility of this, how necessary this needs to be, and how, god, shipping should just get over themselves. I think that they could be friends in a strange kind of way, but are almost too weary with the years that they've spent together in the group, you know?

Oh, brilliant, bb.

I love you.

I've been wanting to do some kind of Cameron and Cuddy thing for a while now, and I don't know. Reading the boards and the ship wars lately stirred it up again. So I'm really glad you enjoyed it.

Damn. No name-calling or hair-pulling, LOL. This was good. I've been hoping for a follow-up on Cameron's questioning of Cuddy in Humpty Dumpty. And of all places to have it happen -- in a toilet. Hee. I bet House could find out about this, even if they don't tell him. Thanks for sharing :)

Cheers, Jérémie

Hee. House would have fun with something like that. Thanks for reading/commenting, I appreciate it. I find the Cuddy and Cameron dynamic a very intriguing one that tends to be overshadowed by the shipper wars.

This is very nice. I'm really glad that you took a stab at this weird, odd relationship (or should I say non-relationship?) between the two of them. This is good. Very well done.

There was a strange brand of intimacy between Cuddy and House that Cameron envied at times, an ease obviously spurring from years of familiarity. Sometimes she was absurdly pleased when Cuddy came to her asking about him, because it reminded her that she was privy to a side of him Cuddy was not.
Hmm...I love this... so very true...
You hit on so many wonderful points and intimacies in this story... things I have been trying to weave together myself into something... their conversation was wonderfully awkward and true... you could feel it happening.. Cuddy's matter-of-fact directness and no-holding-back demeanor, and Cameron trying to hide herself and her emotions, being tired to not being taken seriously, etc. This was just lovely. Mems.

Oh thank you, I really appreciate you reading. They have a very interesting dynamic - I hope we get an episode exploring it a bit more this season. Would that be too much to ask? Heh.

How are you, btw? ♥

I really appreciate you reading.
I appreciate you writing it! ;)

They do, I totally agree... no, I don't think too much too ask... I've had a story that is pretty much Cuddy based but involves part of the relationship between the two of them and takes place during the whole Tritter-arc in my head now for months... I really should attempt it onto paper... and I've never written Cuddy... lol.... but the Tritter thing scares me too! ;)

I am okay... I've been a little on the crazed side... *no surprise there* in life recently... and I haven't been on LJ much in the past few months... so I'm trying to spend some time, catch up a bit, try to get some writing in/done, etc. We'll see...

how are you????

S.

That sounds like a very intriguing story idea. I hope you do get the chance to get it down at some point. I think the Tritter storyline is, in a way, strangely neglected in fanfic. It's used as a sort of plot device, but I don't know. You don't see the complexity of it, the complexity House as a show more or less ignored, really explored all that much. And something Cuddy based sounds very cool.

I hope things have calmed down a bit now then. The good thing is everything is always still here, waiting for you, when you have the time to come back ;)

I'm good. Nothing really exciting going on, just uni mostly. No change there, heh.

Great! This is the sort of interaction between those two I'd love to see on the show, and you've got them totally down, which is awesome.

Ooh!!! *bounces* You wrote it!! You wrote Cameron/Cuddy friendship!! How long have I been waiting for this to happen???

Ilu. :P

And it's so good too. I love the interaction and the dynamic you've managed to capture between them - that barely restrained hostility and that empathy, because despite whatever they think, they are sort of like each other sometimes.

I love it. And you. Have I said that already?

*grins* I'm so glad you liked it!

I like that between them, the fact that, if anything, they seem to maintain that tension because they're a little alike. It's such an intriguing relationship.
