Rather underwhelmed by the 11!news, though I'm sure he'll grow on me (as most things/people do) - it's just, idk, he looks like the love child of RPattz and Bryan Dick, neither of whom I find at all attractive, so. I suppose nobody will ever top Christopher Eccleston for me, but it'd be nice for Russell Tovey someone to come close ( Read more... )

where would i be without books, so much love, sometimes i watch tv, oh you geek, birkenhead highcademy gdst, you and your feelings bb

Indeed. It's the sort of cheekbones-and-weird-nose combination that makes him look like RPattz, at least in my head. Mitch Benn said he looks "like someone left Heath Ledger's waxwork out in the sun", but I'm not sure about that one...

WE ALL WANT ECCLESTON BACK BABY. Though, yes, I'm sure Matt Smith (he really needs a nickname, doesn't he?) will be good enough, and no doubt he'll grow on me. And, yes, he's better than Nesbitt, who would be fabulous, but in a terrible, terrible way.

lolz, it's true. I've just come to the conclusion I'm really no longer fussed over DW. It's been a long time since any of it has wowed me, in any way. Hot companion required.

Not that I don't still love RPattz, even if Twilight was OMGAWFUL (but hilarious). It wasn't his fault.

I'm not fussed as such - I care what they do with it, but not to the extent that I could really get upset about it. I'm more interested than squeeful, if you get me.

I really don't like RPattz! Urgh. And Twilight was brilliantly awful, much like the books, of course.

I get you.

I couldn't read the books, to be honest. I tried, I really did. The characters all annoyed the shit our of me. But the film I was willing to brave, just to lol at Edward and his body glitter and the way he regularly managed to look like a flying squirrel. And how I did! (Still not finding the watching-her-sleep business romantic though, just creepy. People: I do not get them.)

Flying squirrel indeed. Though he glittered in a totally different way from how I imagined. (My way's better.)
