Using selective colour.
I'll just explain this short. It's nothing complicated.
01. Start with an image like

Make a selective colour layer.
Reds
Cyan:-100 Magenta:+10 Yellow:+25 Black:+20
Duplicate it three times, so that you have four selsctive colour layers above the base.
03.
Make a new selecive colour layer.
Reds
Cyan:-100 Magenta:+10 Yellow:+25 Black:+20
Nautrals
Cyan:+40 Magenta:0 Yellow:+20 Black:-10
Duplicate it once.
04.
Now add a texture like this (by toydeer and set it to linear burn.
You're done!
