Remus,

There's no good

I just wanted

Can we just

I'm sorry.

I wish I'd reacted better even though I don't know what a better way to react would be and I'm sorry.

I don't want this to change anything. I know this is going to change things, but I hope it doesn't change things too much.

I hope you're all right.

Teddy,

There is no "better way" to react to such a confession. I am thankful, at least, that you did not react worse. I would say that you did quite well, but most of the people that know of the truth have found out on their own and I did not have to tell them.

It will change a lot of things, yes. But I don't want to know how much they have changed until you are certain you have thought it over completely.

I won't be offended if you decide that things should be changed with a degree of finality, either.

Remus,

I've pretty much done nothing but think for the last few days. I don't think I'm in danger of having thought this over incompletely. And I definitely don't want to end anything. That's what I meant about not changing things too much.

I just... I think you need to tell me more than that. I mean, there's only so much my DADA textbook is going to tell me about this sort of thing.

Teddy,

Well, what else would you like to know? The worst is out already, so I'll have no qualms about answering any questions.

Also, if you're worried about the marks, like you said: they won't scar. The skin wasn't punctured, so you don't have to worry about anything.

Remus,

Oh, well, yes, I was going to ask about that. But I know you would be careful about that sort of thing.

Can you... transmit when you're not... transformed? Is there a terminology for this sort of thing. I guess I should dig out my DADA text book and see...

When were you bitten? I mean, I guess it could be hereditary? But I would think that someone in the family would have known...
