It's easier for people to get you what you want if they know. Less stressful for everyone involved. No one worries about what to get you and you don't worry that they'll pick out something incredibly hideous.

As in do I change shape? Other than the brief stint where I got turned back into a hatchling in the summer, I don't. And I've always been a turtle.
