And the reason I'm back is... my job! You see, I'm a part-time research/IT assistant, and my latest assignment was to convert a massive pile of tapes to CD/MP3 format. 'Unfortunately', you can only do that in real time, so I've got permission to bum around on the computer for as long as I need per day!

I've found out via shikumo that Spray are releasing Gakuen Heaven on PSP!! :D :D

Which means my internal debate about getting a handheld console for uni is over. I did some research and it turns out that Japanese PSPs will run UK games, so this is brilliant! I've wanted to play it forever, but my computer can't run games and I didn't have a Japanese PS2, ( Read more... )

Wow, long hiatus. And just after I said I'd finally got internet. Well, turns out my gap year is a lot more demanding than I could have ever imagined, and my internet a lot more sucky, too. Nevermind. I'm at home for the next week and a half for the easter holidays, which means better internet and TIME!

I had the most wacked-out dream yesterday. I was sitting on a hug bed with Kaoru and Omi from Gakuen Heaven, who were teaching me to roll these giant spliff things. Omi was doing it well, but Kaoru was getting annoyed because his wasn't working!
