[Oh hey, it's that man that talked to his tabletpad a while back. The one with the long hair and the nice smile.]

Oh that's... that's actually a good idea. It w-would make sharing information go a lot faster and consolidating said information a lot easier. I wonder why no one's thought of it before?

Um. At any rate. This is Daniel if you remember w-which you probably don't.

I wasn't sure how many computers we had in town. Plus, I didn't know we had such a convenient way to hook everyone together until I talked to Ruri.

Daniel... Yeah, I remember you! With the tablet computer in the park.

I... I don't think I've met Ruri. Is she another... can she talk to computers too?

So I guess that's what you'll want us to hook up to the network, then? Shouldn't be a problem. Ruri's a girl in one of my classes. Small, lotsa silver hair, as sarcastic as they come. She has this amazing computer. Ya should meet her sometime.

I hope so too! Oh, it's a touchscreen computer. I bought it just to play around with it, so I was surprised when the town chose that of all things to send back to me.

A touchscreen? Ooh, it's been a while since I've seen one of those, most of the computers back home are mostly holographic.

[But of course. If computers were the poor human approximation of the individuals comprising the Integrated Data Sentient Entity, then naturally, integration of some sort would be expected. That she had never thought to explore this avenue during her (admittedly limited) exposure to computers on Earth was surprising.]

The various models currently in Mayfield are generally non-compatible. You will require a operating system capable of sharing data in a uniform manner in addition to a means by which the machines may communicate.

True, but Ruri's computer is pretty advanced, ans should probably be able to handle it. Otherwise, you're right. With everyone comin' from different times and places, we could never do it.
