Uhm, it's not about the US Constitution. It's about the proposed 2nd Amendment to the Texas State Constitution which would define marriage as between one man and one woman. It would also invalidate a slew of other legal contracts "similar to marriage." I have no problems with the "Right to Bear Arms" Second Amendment to the US Constitution, I have no problems with anyone utilizing their powers of free speech. I have a problem with my state legislature writing bigotry into the constitution. Thusly, I'll be at the vigil and the rally.

hot damn girl when did you become a republican? just kidding :) I think it's awesome that you are so aware of the other opinions that are out there. In my mind, you need that understanding to be a good activist.
