Voice meme?

Jan 15, 2008 15:38

Haha, so in the post below I said I wanted to hear other people's voices as well, so I thought I'd take the plunge and do it first myself. So, since it was just something I wanted to do on a whim, there's really no structure to it so I'm just rambling a bit. I tried calling the Australian number for voice posts, but it was always busy or something ( Read more... )

OMG
YOU ARE SO CUTE WITH YOUR ACCENT. :LSDJFSO:IGUOSDGNOSIFHGJSDFLIGJ :LSKGJS:LG
I was not expecting that at all BUT THAT WAS SO CUTE XDDDDDDDDD

I WANT TO HUG YOU NOW SO MUCH MORE. *WEEPS*

I LOVE YOU.
I know Asians with their... Asian accents and American accents cause they grew up in America so all I hear is... "American" accents and then you.. I LOVE YOU.

I've always wondered about Asians growing up in a different country and taking that accent in, or like, an only French speaking Asian, but OMG I LOVE YOU. It was like you fullfilled one of my dreams. XDDD
I totally can't match your face and your accent so now we have to meet.
FOR SURE.

If we don't meet up in 2009, I'll cry. Or fly to Australia D:::::

you weren't expecting me to have an accent? =/

.... I don't really get what you're saying... so... it's awesome that as an Asian, I have an accent other than American?

What? NO! '09 is essential!!! EVEN IF I HAVE TO GO THERE AND DRAG YOU TO JAPAN!!

In the other reply I typed, I noticed you got a new Jun icon.
....

I don't know what I was expecting but you are adorable.
And yes, I babbled. Basically, when I see an Asian, I expect an Asian or American accent. That's why I exploded with glee listening to your accent. XD I think I might pass out if I met a native speaking French Asian girl. *floats away*

YES 09 IS ESSENTIAL.
I AM EXCITED.
DRAG ME IF NEEDED. ♥

Your voice is so cute!X3333 It is high-pitched, and yes you do have an adorable accent;) I've always liked Australian accents, they kind of move smoothly up and down like a glissando (in my humble opinion):) I once recorded my voice to share with a friend a long time ago but I can't seem to find it...now I wonder if it's floating around the internet somewhereXDD But yeah, no one ever believes it's them when they reoced their voice...what's worse, my boss at work had my record the voicemail message for our whole officeO_o I cringe just thinking about itXDD I'll look again and see if it's still here...but I'm realyl impressed at how brave you are to do this kind of thing, that takes a lot of courage:3

*blushes* haha, thanks.
I just learnt a new word today! :3
OHO! that makes me wonder if I haven't heard your voice before! But then again, I don't listen to random voices that I find on the net, so maybe not huh? XDDD
ahhh~ that sorta sucks XD How unlucky is that huh? But then again, it means your boss thinks you have a good voice? =/
lol, I think foolhardy is probably a more appropriate word for it ^^;

Kya! You're voice is so cuuuutttteee!! It's not anything like I imagined it would be. I guess to me you have an accent, but then again, I probably will sound like I have an accent to you. When I finally have the chance to get around to doing mine, you'll have to tell me if it sounds that way. :)

Man, this totally makes me wanna make a podcast. XD

It's weird isn't it? I sorta assign certain people voices when I read their posts so actually hear it is sorta jarring at first :P
You know, I don't think I'd notice your accent that much. Coz even though accents in real life are easy to pick up, recorded American accents aren't that obvious to me sometimes. I think it has something to do with having been exposed to american voices all the time since a lot of stuff on tv is from the US.

I'll look forward to it then! :3

Podcast!!! I still think that's an awesome idea, though the porblem would be what to talk about (well, I know what me and tayuri would talk about... but you know, that's a different story XD)

See, I was thinking that that was the only problem. What would be talked about. Then I thought maybe talk about like their concerts and episodes of their variety shows. But then I was like hmmm...I'm not so sure.

I guess it all comes down to figuring out how to even make a podcast huh?

Hmmm, I suppose it's not as easy as in a fictional fandom where there are theories or ships that could be discussed at length huh?

I think people ue Skype to talk to each other, and record it?

Hi...I found your site through someone's credits [for one of the videos you subbed]--thanks for them ^.^

Anyway, about your voice meme...wow--you have a high voice [actually, my first thought was that it reminds me of my friend's--you guys sound so similar XD]. It was really cute ^.^
And you have an accent! Haha--I love accents [I've never heard an Australian one I don't think--new experience ^.^]

And in response to your streaming question...um have you tried esnips? [www.esnips.com] I know you can stream from there [the only streaming site I can think of off the top of my head ^^;;], although I don't know how it would come out...you can try though.

Hi! Nice to meet you! ^__^

Yeah, I get told that, but I really don't think my voice is that high! In my own head anyways, it's a bit high, but I always end up sounding like a kid on recordings that I swear it isn't me! But then again, everyone is like that huh? XD
haha, I'm probably not the best example of an Australian accent though, coz even though I have no Asian accent in my English, I'm from one of the smaller cities and my accent is sorta different from the other states. But then again, only Aussies could tell, so yeah... :P
I love accents as well! For me it'd have to Irish or Scottish accents~~ ;p

Ohh~ I've never heard of it! I should try it. Thanks for the hint! :D

Haha--I guess so ^.^ Or for singers, we speak at a different pitch than we sing [I have a very high (um...small) range singing, but a wider range speaking, and I usually speak in lower pitch].
Well, that's still cool! ^.^ I know what you mean--I hear stuff like that a lot. I used to have an accent [I get told it's still there...just dormant; it comes back from time to time]. I think it's really cool how some people can control their accents [suppress them sometimes and bring them out when they want]--one of the members in my old friend's favorite band could do that.
