OMG! Maybe it's just because I haven't read any D/R for, like, a week. Maybe it's because it's Friday at 5PM and I'm about to leave work. Maybe it's because I think you're the coolest. I don't know.

But that story ROCKED. It was the bestest ever story ever...at least this week.

Seriously, that was pretty much my perfect Doctor/Rose story. It's like you have this little camera inside my head and can see my personal canon. (Good thing you edited out the naughty bits, though. Think of the kids...)

Anyway, see how bouncy your story has made me?!?!

“You get her pregnant with your alien offspring and I’m going to kill you.”

That's got to be one of the most classic lines in the history of D/R fic.

You know, when they were going back to the TARDIS, you could have ended it there, and it would have been a really cute and sweet fic. But you kept going and that makes it the stuff of awesome.

I always aim to think of the kids. :D Though in my personal canon, Ten and Rose just sort of cuddle ALL THE TIME. They're so shmoopy that way. *G*

I read this on the ficathon list and told myself that I'd wait for it to show up on your own journal before I reviewed. And here it is!

“Um,” the Doctor said. “Infestation-rats. That’s it. Rats. An entire family of… rats. Started eating out the inside of the console. Nasty things, rats. Might even have pulled the TARDIS into some sort of time vortex loop. Could have destroyed the world. Had to… stop it. Very important. Right, Rose?”

He nudged her in the shoulder. “Yep,” she said. “Big… rats. Huge.”

This entire section, heck this entire fic, for the win. Seriously. Love your Jackie, love your Ten, love your Rose, love the scenario, love everything about this :) It's absolutely lovely (and I adore his excuse, it's so Ten!) Thank you for sharing!

It is interesting. I think it's one of the reasons I finally gave it a shot...because so many of my friends (whose fandom opinions I respect) switched over. It's a new thing for me. My best friend sat me down and had me watch DW this summer...I literally saw Doomsday for the first time two weeks ago, and I'm just a goner... lol.
