Yeah, I noticed that one. It looks pretty bad for us in that case, unless it's the negotiators playing hardball, which is one of the possibilities mentioned in the WSJ:

So, you're an Oracle employee now. What do you think your new overloads will be like?

Well, I don't have to move business park - the commute would have been a killer for me. If I still have my job, there'll be a better canteen, and I reckon there may be some flexibility within the company.

All in all, I don't think it would be too bad.
