Ok, back from London.

Was at the Transfabulous, which well lived up to its name. I got to meet some really big names, like Jamison Green, Ignacio Rivera and Kate Bournstein. Ok, I didn't really get to talk to Ignacio, but I at least got to say a few words to the other two, and they are lovely, lovely, lovely people! Did I mention they are lovely?

Hello! I'm sorry that I didn't give you 3 big hugs when I left on sunday. I was so tired and slightly grumpy towards the end.

Don't worry about it! You did so much work ALL weekend you had every right to be in a transphobic mood! (especially those Irish feckers who never shut up! ;) ) :P

We need a snail mail address for you. We have a present. It's ok, it's small but we could not contain the urge to buy it when we saw it, plus we wanna send photos and some other jazz.

Oh, don't worry. It's totally understandable.

You just end up being so drained by it all when it's all over and done with. I've organised much smaller things, and the feeling of release, tiredness and relief and everything else, as you just stop holding yourself together is immense. It's like a goal of your life has just faded to be replaced by nothing, and, that was for me only with a small project, rather than organising a formidable conference with some big names.

So, yeah. Totally understandable! You guys obviously put a huge effort into it and it showed.
