It wasnt as bad as I expected... adding a bit of sugar to the mix helped.. Next time though, not as much thai red curry paste.. it burnt it was so spicy.

the concept is essentially the same.. noodles + fried chicken + curry. I bet with better ingredients I could actually get it pretty close to how it was in the restaurant.
