It looks like a .gif in the thumbnail preview, but when I click the preview it's just the guys in the pack. What am I missin'? lol.

The preview is showing all three of the headers I have made for the layout.

Hey! :)

I commented on this on free layouts but thought id comment here too. I have snagged this one (and credited in an update-for now) the only thing is that I have had to turn off the usericons as they overtake the text, just wondering if there is any way to change this cause I like my usericons :)

The icons should be on the outside of the layout.
Try going here: http://www.livejournal.com/customize/options.bml make sure the icons are set for the left side of the layout, and that Wrap Entry text under userinfo is set to yes.
