Layout Request Form (closed)
Requests are open.
Layouts:
Style you want: Such as S1 Generator, or S2 Smooth Sailing.
your screen size: (ex: 800x600, 1024x768, ect) Not sure how to do this? On a PC, hit the start button/settings/control panel/display/settings and it should show you what your resolution is. I'm not sure how to do this on a mac sorry.
images: Chose a scine from the dvd list or provide me with images. I won't find them myself.
Account Type: (basic, plus or paid, very important, ads affect layouts)
Do you use the Navigation bar?
What Browser do you use? (ex: Firefox, IE, ect)
sidebar: (do you want a sidebar? do you want it on the left or the right?)
If yes, please fill out the following: (only applies for S1 layouts) About, Likes, Dislikes, Links.
Up for grabs: (do you want this layout just for yourself/personalized or shared with everyone)
Inspiration from another layout: (is there a layout I've made that'd you like yours to look a bit like?)
Personalized? Basically means I can add your user name to the header.
Friends Only Banners:
from an image you supply, or a chosen dvd from the list, or made to match your layout I can do both. Just tell me what you'd wish. Also if you find any photoshop brushes you like just supply the download link and I can use them. Just remember to credit the brush marker as well.
Icons:
Same as the friends only banner. Tell if you want any lyrics or quotes, I can try my best to get it on there. Although I warm you I'm hardly ever happy with font on my icons I make. Also take a look at icons I have already made maybe you'll get some ideas.
Mini Movie Icons:
Chose a dvd and the scene (it can't be long or the icon won't fit on LJ). From the list. Or supply a youtube video URL and explain what part of it you want in the icon along with any text.
Finished Requests will be deleted upon finishing so I can keep better track and don't have to dig threw comments to find new ones.
Requests are free, however if you'd like to thank me donations are greatly appreciated.
Also If you are making a request you need to watch this community. Once I finish a request I will make a post where you'll get the codes.
