I am trying to write a paper on this article, but the article is composed of concentrated boredom. It is an academic sleeping pill. I was sitting in the living room (in a little patch of warm sun) with my laptop trying to read and I just kept finding myself like...staring at the carpet. Because the carpet was more interesting.

As for the videos, are they streaming online, do you have the files? If the latter, then they're probably encoded in some format you don't have the codec to play. Your best bet is to use VLC to play them, since it can open just about any video format. Best of all it's free and a small download. Hope that helps :)

They're streaming, which kind of rules that out. *sigh* It kills my wifi connection when I try, too, so I'm going to give it a try up at the lab tomorrow. If I take down the entire library network, surely I don't have to turn the paper in, right? ;D

I am soooo happy I'm done with school! I hate reading those stupid mind numbing articles. I mean really, I think what they are trying to teach us is actually how to stay awake through anything. Oi!

OMG no bragging. ;) Most of the stuff I'm reading now is okay, since it's my field and I'm actually usually interested in the subject, but...sometimes there are some major duds in the bunch.

I really hope people get the reference. I may wear shorts and sunglasses and a lei when I give the presentation, just to emphasize things...
