So...I think I'm doing NaNoWriMo this year. Maybe for real. My options are, at this point:

I want to do NaNoWriMo too this year. Of course, I said that last year too, and I haven't written anything in years, so...

I was really feeling the Charlie!hate today. Although that isn't much different than how I usually feel about him, it was especially strong tonight. I think Michelle Rodriguez is playing it up too much... she seems like a caricature of a rough girl, not genuine in any way. Maybe I just haven't seen enough of her, yet.

Yeah, I'm not too impressed with Michelle Rodriguez...didn't she get an Oscar nomination last year? I don't know, maybe you become a total hardass when there were twenty-three but are now about seven of you. Still, they're so setting up an Ana-Lucia/Sawyer OTP, and I'm not sure how I feel about that.

And his hair is way too long. And I love it. :)

Well, so far it's also lacking in plot. But basically, it follows the Theseus myth and fleshes out his life a bit more...sort of debasing the idea that he was a complete hero of Athens, since I think the Greeks in general weren't big on having flawless heros and the details I've found on him just haven't addressed that. It's like, because he was human instead of a godling, he's more perfect than Heracles or any of the actual gods. Craziness!

I really need to read up on my Theseus myth...I've heard the name before, but it's not conjuring up any definite images in my fried brain. Fortunately, I'm on my way to the library just now. :)
