Ouch. But this chapter is probably the best yet. I like the insights you brought and how you were able to incorporate Cameron into the finale like the stupid canon writers should have done. Very nicely done.

Yup, that one was heavy on the angst. Sorry, for that. They're probably going to be angsting away for the next chapter or so...

I always thought the finale would be better with Cameron there. I wasn't happy with her being limited to stitching up House's head wound. She should have been there, at least towards the end. She should have consoled Wilson because she's been through some of the same stuff as he. They could at least have her visit House. She's not the type of girl who'd go out for a drink while House is fighting off death...

Glad you liked this in spite of the angst. In my defense, I went through the hard school of Joss Whedon and RTD, so I know the consequence of sex always has to be death or at least angst ;-)

Begads, that got me a little there. She'll always be cutthroat bitch to me, not because I hate her, because I loved her character so much and I loved it when House called her that and then switched to CTB.

I know, I'm totally with you on the Amber!love. I've always liked her. I was really disappointed when House chose 13 over her, because she was the only character among the ducklings wannabes that appealed to me on a emotional level. A pity! Really a pity!

I love how it's Cameron and Wilson there when he wakes up, instead of Cuddy. I like your scenario much better.

*giggles* Me too. Though I personally don't have anything against Cuddy, that is season 1 and 2 Cuddy (before she became House's fangirl), it's much better with Cameron there :)
