He had been outside, exploring the new surroundings of the compound; but figured out he needed sleep. Otherwise, he could pass out which was never good for him. Kale morphed back to his normal form, walked into the area where his team resided, and got completely side tracked when he noticed there was a televison. *Cassidy was wandering the camp, checking out who was in what room, mostly to see who he had to sneak by to get to Nick at one in the morning or whatever other crazy-ass hour it was. He'd attempted to cover the bruising on his face with foundation, and mask the mark on his eye with smudgy eyeliner (contraband) but hadn't done a very good job. Bruises were harder to cover than they seemed.

He recognised the pup as soon as he saw him. Kale, in his dog form, was curled up on the couch. Whimpering. Huh. Seems Cass wasn't the only one feeling like shit. He flopped down next to him, careful of his still aching head (concussion perhaps?) and reached out a bruised, cut hand, hesitating, before touching Kale's head gently. He pulled back and cocked his head.*

You okay there, babe?

If he could've said anything, Kale would've said something like "careful, I feel like dirt." Instead, he gave another whimper and put a paw over his eyes. Kale had to think of a way to tell Cassidy he was sick and needed medicine since he was stuck in this form.

*Cassidy looked at him, focussing too hard and making his head throb. He watched as a paw covered his eyes.*

Sick? You don't have salmonella poisoning do you? That sucks.

*He felt like a douche talking to a dog that couldn't respond. Well, he couldn't in that form anyways.*

C'mon, babe, help me out here. What do you need?

Kale shook his head. He wasn't even sure what salmonella was truthfully. He moved inch by inch to turn and face Cassidy with puppy eyes. There was a small whimper as he nudged his own nose with his paw. If his nose was warm, he'd probably caught something.
