*Clutching a picture in her hand, Mat looked out the window of the fast moving vehicle. As the car bumped along on the road, her attention was brought back to the driver of the car who was telling her that she was almost at her destination. Giving him a smile, she checked over everything she had in her hands and near her.

*Cassidy had dumped his shit and wandered off once more. He'd find Betsy soon, figure out what the two of them were doing in regards to Japan.

He walked through the camp, enjoying the warmth and familiarity of Japan, even if he hadn't ever been to this area. He headed out to the parade area, wanting to look out over the Pacific Ocean.

It was while on his way there that Cassidy spotted a young women - more like a girl - with bright red hair. She was cute, but he didn't feel any attraction, which wasn't actually all that odd considering this was him they were talking about.

He laughed at the fact that she was obviously lost and approached her.*

It would be more entertaining if it wasn't sad that you can't find what you're looking for.

*Snapped out her own little world at the sound of someone's voice, Mat looked towards the man.*

Well I lost my map.

*She shrugged, she didn't really care that he was picking on her.*

How do you propose you'll find your room then?

*She shrugged. Moving her attention to the sound of the ocean.*

Ty was familiarizing himself with the layout of the new base. Once again, as with the Russian base, he preferred to be outside as opposed to staying indoors. Thinking himself alone, he gave a start upon hearing the sound of a weary sigh, and the clunk of something heavy dropped onto the ground. He could sense the nerves inside his head, which meant there was someone close by. Cautiously walking over, he spoke in the general direction where he had heard the sounds coming from. "Are you alright?"

*Mat looked up at the sound of a male voice.*

Yeah, just a tad lost.

*She smiled.*

"So are you new?" Ty didn't recognize the voice. She was young, he could tell that much. Probably a teenager, and definitely not over the age of twenty. "Or just one of the ones I haven't met while I've been off playing hermit?" He may have been his normal lonesome self in Russia, but Ty vowed he was going to change that now.
