Nicky had enjoyed the lessons he'd had before with Yuriko she hadn't ever said much but he had enjoyed not needing to speak to get along with someone. He carried the tin of cakes Hope had given him under his arm as he went looking for the quiet woman. He used all his senses to trail her instead of randomly looking around. While not exactly aware that she was being followed, Yuriko had the strange notion that she was being trailed. It wasn't quiet a sixth sense as just a feeling.

So she stopped, stood where she was by the entrance to the mess hall and waited.

If someone was trailing her, if she was being searched out, it would be more logical to stand and wait, than to go in search herself. Yuriko was one all for logic.

Nicky smiled more to himself than anything when he spotted her by the mess hall. He quickly made his way over to her giving her a nod. "Hello. I have been looking for you."

He felt the tin slip and shifted it to a better place under his arm. Nicky hoped she wasn't busy with anything he didn't want to annoy her.

She inclined her head slightly, understanding the sense now. "I see," she watched him alter his grip on the package in his hands, a small frown on her face. "Do you wish to speak with me regarding something?"

While she still trained daily, she didn't know how many others continued with their own training due to the weather. Even Yuriko had been force to find a more suitable surrounding inside for a portion of her day.

Her bones were not suited to cold weather.

"Can you teach me more? I need to be able to win without my powers,"he hoped he didn't seem too eager she didn't seem like she cared much for that.

He didn't enjoy the cold much but he pushed himself to practice outdoors as much as he could anyway.Nicky enjoyed the freedom he felt when he was outdoors even if it wasn't a real freedom.
