Thank you cards

If your interviewer says they'll get back to you in a few days, is it worth sending a thank you card if they're not going to get it until after they've already denied contacted you ( Read more... )

I think an all-purpose card would be just dandy. It's the thought that counts.

You can get note cards rather cheaply, but typing up a little note and printing it is just fine too. Good luck.

I say send one anyways because you never what might happen and it really does make you stand out.

I can usually pick up a pack of these pretty cheaply at a dollar store. Related to the above: I had a job interview on Thurs. Didn't get the job, but the interviewer gave me her card.

The interview was set up through a temp agency, for a temp-to-hire position. Should I send a thank you note to the interviewer, even though I didn't get the job?
