I am in a really fucking wonderful mood. My hair doesn't hate me today, I'm not particularly sleepy, my skin is all nice and not screaming for loads of make-up, it's wonderfully snowy and cold out (-10, feels like -18), I'm dressed, I only feel a bit sick, and I'm not craving human contact or excitement. Have I mentioned my newly discovered love for Criminal Minds? It's just soooo wonderful! I'm nearly done the second season now and would be up to date if the internet didn't hate me so much. Much downloading will be done on the holidays, I think.

I made ART. A bit.
So, my first attempt at colouring anything (which is really kind of sad, as I've had my tablet for like.. two years?). Don't like the shouldery area at all, but hey. Gotta start somewhere, right?

I just realized I don't have any knitting icons. What is the world coming to?
I really want to go clothes shopping. I was planning to go today but slept in a bit too late and kind of chickened out about taking the bus and exploring by myself. Maybe Friday! I could really do with some new boots, too. My old magical ones are nearly dead. I did just win a lovely pair of reddish Mary Janes on ebay though.

Sometimes I worry that I live too much in my head.
I'm feeling very strange, though this new wintry weather is lovely. I've stopped skipping the Christmas songs in iTunes and think I may have to bust out the long winter coat soon. My hands are sort of numb from too much knitting. Makes me wish I were a robot.

Is anyone else disappointed (why do I always want to write that with two 's's?) with The Office's reversion to half-hour episodes? I was really enjoying the longer ones! It was like watching an awesome finale each week.
