Wow! I'll keep my fingers crossed for all of you. I imagine you are looking to stay in the area down there, but I don't know anyone who's looking for a roommate. Up here, there could be a few people, but you never know. :hugs:
It took me four contracts before I got my house. I think I was tired of trying after all that. :) I know that I don't look forward to the process again even though I know the agent I plan to use.
I haven't 100% decided where I want to stay, I would prefer to be closer to my friends up there, but if I move and farther north I will have greater issues with getting to work on time. I just don't know, there is still a part of me that wants to get the fuck out of the state of maryland and start all over, from scratch, but that is a bad idea too, I just don't really know... but the contract on the house doesn't look like it is going to pan out, so oh well. maybe the timeline has changed maybe not...
Have you talked to Bryan & Luke? They're only using that third bedroom for computers right? I don't see why they *wouldn't* want to reduce their rent, and splitting three ways with them would bring rent to like, $300 each I think. It's also close to where you work, close to us, etc.
If you do wind up needing to stay with us, talk to Rob, but I'm pretty sure we could put you up for a little bit if necessary. :> If you're looking to live alone, I can put in a good word for you here with the manager, a single here is $725 I think.

The Other Guy from work moved in with them a couple of weeks ago so that is out, and $725 is out of my price range, I am barely making the rent payment where I am let alone increasing it over $200. and I will not impose myself on any of my friends for a place to live. I will figure something out, and the contract didn't work itself out, so the timeline has gone back to where it was.

James, email me what your budget is and where you need to live to work if you like, and I'll see if I can help you find somewhere decent. I don't wanna see you frustrated over it. Lord knows I've moved about a gazillion times for love and money :> *hugs*
