I didn't feel put on the spot, don't worry. I just wanted to apologise, because I felt I should (I felt that - you didn't make me feel that - please don't worry). I'm trying to learn to be more consciously aware. I guess it's part of my journey.

Your journey sounds familiar, and I'm sorry you've been through so much. Though it is all part of a greater learning experience, isn't it? Which sounds just like what it has been for you...
