i think bleach blonde hair looks good on tan people because they're tanner and their hairs' so light. it fits better...and like on pale skinned people darker hair looks better because their skins not that dark.

i'm rambling. hopefully you understand haah

ahah, i understand what you mean, but i think too tan is gross with blonde hair, and to white is gross with dark hair.
