Have you poked around any of the LJ comms yet? There might be a Kagrra-specific one, &/or ones for J-rock/pop/etc. downloads/translations that might have all the things you're looking for.

I went looking around and there wasn't anything that specific. I looked at a few download comms, too and there wasn't much either. A friend recommended me a site for ripping songs and I got all the downloads I wanted.

Worst comes to worst, I'll do a rough translation of it for myself. XD
