The carpet has been installed

The Bad News
There is no way that it's the carpet we ordered.

Seriously, this stinks.  When the installers (who are totally separate from Loew's and spoke very little English) came out to tell me they were done I went back and looked in the room.  I wa shocked because it is nothing, NOTHING like the carpet

Oh Jess! I'm soooo sorry to hear about the carpet mishap! I really hope you can get it resolved with Loew's. I'm sure there's a way to remedy the problem at no cost to you.

That would have stressed me out! Remind me not to go to loews when we need carpet! I hope the rectify the situation promptly!
