Ohhh this is sooo good! I really liked all of the characters here, and Azimio's conflict felt so real. I love that he's willing to overcome his prejudice because Dave's still his best friend. Follow-up? With happy Kurblainsky ending?

I wish I could say this didn't make me sad but it did, which is almost all I need when I read your fic. I'm weird like that, but I do love good angst.

I love fics about Azimio dealing with the news of Dave being gay - weather is angst, fluff or drama - and you combined all three. We have Azimio's initial shock, rejection, then missing Dave and attempting to reach out. I like the angle that Azimio doesn't suddenly accept homosexuality, he still sees it as wrong, but is willing to ignore his feelings on the subject, just to get Katofsky back as a friend.

I'd love to read a sequel - greedy Kirke is greedy - because there are just so many questions unanswered (will Dave apologise, will Mercedes tell, will they be friends again) and this fic is so interesting I just feel I care about the characters in it.

I'm thinking about doing a follow-up to this one, actually. It feels kind of unfinished, but there are so many different ways this could go that I left it open. I'll figure something out eventually, and when I do, it'll probably be angsty as hell. Just like most everything else I write.

Besides, writing Dave obsessing over Kurt in secret is kind of fun.

I really like how you've unwrapped Azimio's character here. Pretty much all the actor gets is the occasional remark, but this feels so natural.

I also agree with all the folks who are saying it's ripe for a sequel. :-)
