Here is how this works:

1)Make your purchase of desired tea
2)Write your suggestion of costume for me, Watanuki, or both. It can be anything you would like

A waitress serves the ready-made tea to the customers that sit down at the table and the cashier is the one that takes the money that is paid for the items that are bought.

I have a uniform in your size if I remembered your shape correctly. I think it'll be cute!

Hallows eve....it's well.....hmmm....[doesn't quite know how to explain] You dress up as things like witches, werewolves, ghosts, and vampires. Hahaha. Or anything you'd like really. It's also used as an excuse to scare people or eat candy!

Why do we need uniforms Takuma?

Most companies and businesses have rules about how people dress or a uniform! Like...maids usually wear a uniform or the military have uniforms as well as doctors and nurses, right? I guess it's to make the shop more unique and that people know who is working there and who isn't. One reason is because if a customer has a question, they can easily spot someone to ask.
