Have you tried fakenews_fanfic? I realize searching under the tag "Jon/Stephen" is a hell of a lot to sift through, but many authors cross-post and prefer FNFF for the immaculate tagging system (among other reasons). And of course with that way, even if you don't find the fic you're looking for, you might stumble on a fic or fics you haven't seen and love.
