How the heck could someone sleep amongst all these noisy machines? Romano had been sneaking around to places where he had never been--hoping to avoid being seen.

Because of this, Lovino had found himself looking at a five year old boy sleeping soundly beside in the spot he had planned to hide in.

The tiny boy in a light pink maid dress scurried over towards the boy, looking closely at him. With a racket like this, there's a chance the kid could have been knocked unconscious or fainted from a fever...

It wasn't hard for Nagi to sleep among the machines; it was inside, relatively warm, and there was very little chance of someone actually waking him up. The noise wasn't an issue, he had slept on the streets and those were noisy enough.

Having no knowledge of the youngster's past, or even who he was for that matter, Romano just assumed he worst. He didn't look like he was injured, so the tiny cross-dresser set his foread on the boy's forehead to check for a fever.

As soon as he was touched, Nagi woke up and shrank away from whoever was touching him. The good thing was that his telekinesis didn't immediately hit Romano, but it was obvious by his body language that Nagi did not want to be touched. He just looked at Romano, not sure what the other was trying to do.
