RP Log: Forest Adventure

Who: Sakura, Kurogane and Fai (The TRC crew)
When: Friday morning, and several days after
Where: Near and in the forest

Warnings: Violence and dad!Kurgy's temper towards mommy!Fai
Notes: Closed log to the three
Summary: Ever since her arrival Sakura has felt something calling to her. No longer able to leave it alone just in case

It had taken a few trips to a couple different places and a bit of sewing, but when Fai appeared, a large well wrapped bundle of food in a pack on his back, he was in an explorer's khaki outfit. He hadn't been able to find a pith helmet, but did manage to find a jaunty little khaki cap and a nice silk neckerchief. He had also gotten his hands on some good sharp darts, but they were tucked away for the moment. His smile was bright as he approached, though his eyes were a bit worried and already scanning the treeline.

"Sakura-chan," he called brightly as he approached. "Are you all ready for our adventure?"

Despite the seriousness of their reason for gathering, Sakura couldn't help but be excited and happy when she saw Fai's outfit. Even a small squeal escaped her lips as she also moved closer to him. "The outfit is cute, Fai-san!"

Once the excited feeling was gone, Sakura nodded seriously, letting her eyes go back to the forest as well. "As ready as we can be. If we don't make it this time, at least we'll know exactly what to prepare for next time."

"Why thank you!" said Fai.

He followed her gaze towards the forest. "Exactly," he said, just a tad more seriously, then brightened. "Now all we have to do is wait for Daddy! He's late again!"
