RP Log: Beach Party [OPEN Log]

(Posting for my characters here since Mun is lazy)

Maybe Jon was bringing a little more than the 'one dish' that was usually required for a pot luck with a basket filled with food and Samus walking beside him holding another that was equally filled with desserts, but he knew the residents of the island well. Or maybe he knew their stomachs.. either way he was bringing quite a bit of food.

Werewolf's didn't typically fit into swim trunks so he was dressed in his usual pants, but Samus was wearing a light blue two piece and a towel wrapped around her waist.

"Are we early?" Asking as they came upon the place for the party and finding only Neil there for now.

Neil looked up at them and chuckled seeing the large baskets of food. "No, you're right on time," Neil said. After all, someone had to be first to a party. "I see we're not going to be having any problems with food today. Thank you guys for coming."

"Oh good." Jon grinned seeing Neil's reaction to the baskets of food, putting them down and getting things out. "Nope, no trouble unless Duo and Jr both show up."

"Good luck keeping us away." The hunter said while she unpacked the desserts. "Not when there's the chance for a water balloon fight later."

"Yeah, keeping them away from the food might be an issue." He smiled at the suggestion of a water balloon fight. "Sounds interesting."

Really the boy wasn't sure that he had wanted to come to the beach party, but when he heard that Neil was going to be there, he decided to venture out none-the-less. So with his black pants, a cream turtleneck sweater and matching hat and gloves he arrived at the spot where everything was gathered. Glancing around, he was glad that not a lot of people were there just yet. Picking out his place in the sand, the boy settled down, blue eyes on the lookout for Neil's orange Haro.

Neil's Haro was exploring arounf the party area. When the orange robot spotted Yoite, he flapped happily and bounced over. "Yoite! Yoite!"

Sakura had gone to get something for their party and by the time she'd come running back there were already people there. She had on a pink swimsuit covered in white and purple flowers of various sizes and a matching wrap. Looking at the first of the party-goers, the girl beamed. "Hi! Welcome to the party."

As she said it, Sakura placed a dish she had retrieved on the table with the others.

"Sakura!" MOMO ran over to say hi. "This looks like it's going to be so much fun!" she said. "I can't wait for it to get started. I even got a new swimsuit!"

Marie ran over to where Sakura and MOMO were talking when she got to the party, wearing her turquoise swimsuit with brown along the edges. "Hello Sakura, hello MOMO!"

"We're going to have so much fun! There are lots of games and food to eat. We even have floating toys that we can use in the water!" Sakura was excited to say the least.

Olive green eyes looked at the other two girls. "Your swimsuits are so cute." Sakura smiled brightly as she said it.

A bit after MOMO had showed up, Jr sauntered onto the beach with a couple water guns in his holsters instead of his 'normal' ones. He went with just a pair of swim trunks for the beach party, a red dragon tattoo winding its way around his left arm making him stand out more than he already did.

"Yo! Hey, Jr!" Duo called, making his way over. "How's it goin'?"

Jr grinned over at the braided pilot, twirling a water pistol in his hand. "I'm doin' good. Rescued MOMO from the first aid station earlier this week. You?"

"Been kinda bored lately," Duo admitted, coming up next to him and glancing at the party-goers. "Just tryin' ta figure out what ta do around here." He shrugged slightly. "Then this came up. Worked out great, if you ask me."

Tieria stood just at the edge of the area that Neil had chosen for the spot to have his party. His arms crossed, he had given in enough to wear shorts and a short-sleeved shirt, but, otherwise, he didn't really look overly thrilled to be at an outdoor event in the heat. Sand... salt... water... sun... He was so very unhappy. He shifted a glare over his shoulder at Sumeragi.

"Why did you convince me to come again?" he asked.

"Relax, Tieria," Sumeragi said happily, standing there in a bathing suit with a sarong wrapped around her waist. It was a somewhat conservative suit, but the sides were cut out to reveal skin, leaving the top connected to the bottom with a gold ring at her belly button and a low-cut back, the shoulder straps continuing down to the bottom half in the back. "It'll be fun. And it'll do you some good to socialize." She nudged the purple-haired Meister forward. "Go on."

For once Sumeragi's outfit was more conservative than what Allelujah was wearing, simply as his swimsuit was a mere Speedo. More than a little amused by the fact Tieria'd found himself talked into attending the party, he couldn't resist, not that Hallelujah did much to disuade him, walking over to the purple haired Meister.

"I doubt the water'll actually hurt you, Tieria."

"I know it won't hurt me," Tieria snapped off, getting rather stubborn suddenly. "I just don't see the point of this whole endeavor." Shouldn't they be trying to find their way back home instead of sitting here having a party?
