The highlight of the past few days was attending a Lunar New Year party hosted by tabouli. It was mostly attended by her friends in Toastmasters and a writing group, which were all lovely company and with cherry conversation. I've even made a couple of new friends out of the event. I've been having dizzy spells, too, often accompanied by a migraine or other headache. I keep hoping the spells will go away on their own.

Mine actually have, which adds as evidence to my hypothesis that it was stress-related. Ditto for the headaches as well, by changing my glasses.

Now, only if I could do something about the cause of the stress.
